Lisa and Denver are AMAZING!!!! I feel like you probably get this a lot, but those two are invaluable to your practice. The speed that they work is perfect, communication...excellent. My wife and I are very lucky to have them, and so are you guys.

Painless flu shot. Took quite a bit of time to explain a concern I had and gave me many options since it wasn’t a medication she could prescribe

Multiple things. 1) Was taken back about 5 mins after my appointment start time. And then didn’t see my provider until about 40 mins after my appointment time. 2) The providers bedside manner was awful. I was establishing as a new patient. She was more focused on the documentation of the medical record than me. I felt very unwelcome and rushed.

[Staff] and Lisa are always exceptional, they listen and make me feel heard and very dismiss my concerns or feelings. I love my primary team for the first time in a very long time!

Visit was rushed. I felt for a first appointment. I wasn't really seen for what I came in for ultimately. However, we did go over a few things.

Lisa Reno was excellent. I have a condition that doesn’t have one particular treatment for each individual.. She had done research for the treatment and talked to other doctors. She asked me which approach I’d like to pursue first rather than making me do it her was. She is very supportive. She is excellent.
