She's the real McCoy (sorry, I couldn't resist). That said, I was very pleased with this visit. Dr. McCoy has a very pleasant manner, and I felt well taken care of. If I need an ophthalmologist in the future, Dr. McCoy will be my choice.

She was wonderful. Even though she was very professional she was approachable (meaning I felt comfortable knowing that I could ask questions and talk about what was going on with me and she answered everyone of them) We laughed, she was just down to Earth person and very knowledgeable. I liked the whole staff.

From my experience of many years, she is an excellent doctor and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She first saw my father and I was impressed by her then. Since then, she has done both myself and my husband's cataract surgeries and treated some other eye problems that I have had. Like I said, I wouldn't go to anyone else as long as she's in practice.

Dr. McCoy is an exceptional ophthalmologist and, in my experience, the definition of professional, compassionate, and patient-centered care. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but what really sets her apart is the genuine interest she takes in her patients. She listens carefully, takes the time to answer questions, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed.
I have always felt that my eye health is taken very seriously and that she is genuinely invested in providing the best possible care. Her professionalism, attention to detail, expertise, and caring manner are truly outstanding.
I have complete confidence in her judgment and feel extremely fortunate to be under her care. Dr McCoy is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable with her assessment/advice. I overcame my reservations about cataract surgery when I found that she would be the surgeon and have been happy with the decision and the outcome. It was important for me to be on time with my 1:20 PM appointment as a I had another appointment at 3 PM that was equally important in the past even though I arrived early for my appointments I was always taken in late but on July 23, I was taken in on schedule and was processed in record time so that I could make my second appointment which was very much appreciated
