She needs to soften her tone, and reevaluate the way she handles patient care. We were disappointed and not sure we will return.

Dr. Reitan was very accommodating to my needs and schedule issues. She went out of her way to make sure I could meet in person, even if the schedule didn't have an opening. I was always greeted with an upbeat and friendly demeanor. She genuinely shared concern and showed how much she cares for her patients.

She has always explained things completely and answered any questions we have had. Has also checked on me a couple of times. Very appreciated

Dr. Reitan treats me with the greatest care as a provider should. She listens. She takes her time with me and my concerns. She helps me understand the what ifs and when's. She reassures me she will do her best with my care.
