She explained what my sinus issues are and the gave me all the options for treatment. Very knowledgeable.

The care I have received has been life changing. I can now do things and go places that were very difficult for me.

Every step of my surgery experience with Dr. Reilly was absolutely perfect. In all aspects, she is an expert and master in her profession. She got to know me and she took care of me before, during, and after the highly successful surgery she performed. I have had sinus problems for over 20 years and I have been a pharmacist for [number] years; I was so overwhelming impressed with Dr. Reilly and also the rest of her team!! I’m so happy I found her and she fixed my sinus problem!

Dr Riley is very through and very easy to understand, when doing my scope was very gentle and explained what she was doing as she was doing it. I wish all my doctors were as considerate and caring as her.

the need for pain management or atleast the anxiety related to the pain needs to be re-addressed with every doctor at Saint Als. One size does not fit all

This provider demonstrated a lack of care and compassion. Her bedside manner was terrible. She was condescending and did not provide patient care that contributed to the dignity and respect of the patient. I was very, very upset with the treatment I received at this appointment. After waiting six months to see this provider, it was so disheartening to be treated so disrespectful and in such an uncaring manner. I was also called a very unprofessional term by the provider as I left the office. I would NEVER recommend this provider to anyone. I am a professional in the community that makers referrals to on a daily basis and this provided definitely did not present herself in a trustworthy or caring manner. I would never find it fitting to refer my clients to this provider.
