She was very courteous, patient and helpful. She was polite and easy to understand when she spoke and explained the situation that I am going through. She was through with her explanation and answered my questions in understandable terms.

Doc Reidy was awesome. She has a very calming and friendly demeanor. She was gentle and talked me thru everything she was doing. She distracted me with questions while I was in an uncomfortable part of my appointment and even made me laugh.
She was very informative, answered all my questions and she eased my nervousness.

Dr. Reidy has an amazing bedside manner. Even when having hard conversations, you feel safe and trust that she genuinely has your best interest at heart. If feels like you are talking to a peer so there is no Us vs Them feeling. She takes the time to explain medical information on the level necessary for your comprehension (even drawing diagrams for us visual learners). I cannot stress enough how positive my experience with this office has been.

She listens and thinks. She doesn't jump to conclusions. She's appreciative and genuinely concerned.
Since 2019, I have been with both my mom and my sister (oncology appointments) and neither have received the level of care and concern that I had with just this one visit from their doctor.
She doesn't try to pretend she knows things. She listens and goes from there.
