The staff was friendly and organized. Dr. Thomas always feels very present, listens well, involves me in the plan and leaves me feeling like I’m in good hands

Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. I have several health conditions that have been life long. He always takes these conditions into consideration and is will to do whatever is necessary to provide the best care. His nurses are always friendly and extremely efficient. They return calls quickly and are willing to go above and beyond for the patients.

Dr Thomas is very caring and thorough in diagnosing and very interested and knowledgeable in referring to specialists. He is a great physician. Pam and Jennifer are two kind, caring nurses.

Dr Thomas always gives me excellent care. He deserves to be recognized as an outstanding doctor. I'm 61 years old and he's the best doctor I've had in all my years. He's been my doctor for over 20 years and I pray he can be my doctor for 20 more or until I go to heaven.

Yes. I needed info about a new insurance I am possibly changing to and he referred me to his nurse who deals with the insurance and she answered all my questions! Both of them were very helpful.

I really do not think it could have been handled any more professionally than it was!

Pam is at the top and always goes beyond the extra effort in caring a informing of upcoming test and sending prescription refill from Dr Thomas who is also to of his league.

Dr. Reid Thomas is a consummate professional with excellent bedside manners, meaning that he is kind, solicitous, and thorough. He is a great listener and is always available to take care of his patients. No matter how large or small the health concern may be, he is perfectly willing to offer his professional opinion, his suggestion for treatment, and is able to give good references when needed. On a personal note, I was able to observe that Dr. Thomas is also a good family man. By chance, I saw him with his family at a restaurant and when I greeted him, he happily introduced the family that was there with friendliness and ease. I am proud to acknowledge that he is my Primary Care. I know that I can always count on my doctor. I strongly recommend Dr. Reid Thomas.

The staff are always The staff is ⁹Accommodating to our scheduling needs when possible. And we appreciate that very much. Doctor Thomas always takes time to listen to us. We never feel rushed We always feel that iimportant.

I like getting a printed copy of my lab results. That makes me feel like someone has reviewed them and is truly concerned about me. Dr Thomas has the best nurses. Both are super friendly and caring. I always feel comfortable during my appointments.

Dr. Thomas was my late dad’s doctor, so I was happy to have him as my doctor, this was my first visit for myself. I’ve always experienced the shortest wait times of any doctor that I can ever remember and I’m very happy with his approach to my healthcare. Vivian Is always great and I met Jennifer this time and she was great and I spoke to Pam who I’ve known from when my dad went to Dr. Thomas and she always does a great job.

Dr. Thomas and his staff were very kind, as always. Dr. Thomas always listens and stays very connected with me, UAMS, the pharmacy, and all other doctors and specialists involved in my care. I can choose any doctor and I choose him. I’ve recently moved to Cabot, but I will keep my care with Dr. Thomas and his team.

I love the fact the the nurse and Dr.Thomas, Listen to me, I showed Dr. Thomas, pictures from my phone of my work at home! And I felt he was impressed with me ! His nurse, is awesome, she’s so friendly and I feel I can tell her anything and she would tell Dr.Thomas, and not tell anyone else! That is very refreshing!!! And I want it on record that, Dr.Thomas saved my life! Because of him, my COPD, is very manageable, I’m hardly on oxygen anymore! So thank you Dr.for hanging in there for me and saving me!!!! God has blessed you, and I thank him! And thank you Dr.Thomas!
