Neither Dr. Regina Rossi nor her staff is never too busy to render kindness to a client/patient. Most importantly, the telephone calls to Dr. Rossi's office have never gone unswered.

The staff has always been very nice and helpful and Dr. Rossi is incredible. I've been seeing her since she started practicing a little bit over 30 years ago and I highly recommend her.

Took over a month to get appointment with the "new" system. I spoke with Dr. Rossi about this and she said next time request to speak directly to the office. They service also scheduled my physical for the wrong date which was changed while I was in the office as well. Please go back to the "normal" system - calling the office directly for an appt.

is an exemplary physician and provider. The only criticism is the office manager, it seems, wasn't there that day, provided for no coverage and this doctor, wonderful as she is, was actually greeting patients at the door and bringing them in for lack of the proper help at this facility. Like I said, this provider goes above and beyond, but the problem at this facility.

My experience with the call center (not the office staff) was poor. They would not give me the time slot I requested no matter how far I stretched the date. The call taker was arrogant and did not connect me with the office. After several requests he said he would leave a message for the office to call me. They called me the next morning and set up my appointment. I've had several negative interactions with the call center.

Always an excellent experience with Dr. Rossi. I have been her patient for over 20 years. She carefully manages all my population health and makes referrals when appropriate. We are trying to be as homeopathic as possible. I am pleased. Thank you for all your help. The office was friendly and professional, and I felt very at home.

Doctor seemed very passive to any of my concerns. Wanted to refer me out to a different doctor for everything I went for. Felt a lack of caring and understanding. Definitely not impressed and will be looking for another doctor in another practice.

My experience with Dr Rossi was great. When I got home I got a phone call from a man who said he was from Dr. Rossi's Office. He didn't explain what he was offering and asked for a lot of personal information. It may be a scam against Hackensack Meriden Hospital . You may want to look into this with other patients of Dr. Rossi's

Dr. Rossi was very helpful and clearly spoken, explained things, but it's very hard to get an appointment with a doctor in the group. I have been going there for years. And if something's wrong, it's almost impossible to get an appointment. Thank you.

The phone system is horrible. When you call up you get people in the other side of the globe and one man was suggesting he was in the office with the doctor because I wanted to speak to the office manager and I have to repeat myself over and over again, and it was much better when you had in-house Assistance picking up the phone giving information directly to the doctor. It's makes everything so much more of a problem when you call the phone number and you have to give all the information and then they have to call the office. It's not good for us as patients and everyone complains.

I am very happy to have met Dr. Rossi and her staff. Everybody's so polite. Dr. Rossi is very attentive. She takes the time to talk with her patients. She takes notes. She's just a wonderful doctor. And her staff, extremely polite, very nice people. I'm very happy that I came across them. And my daughter, she's also the family doctor daughter and her husband. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Everything went comfortably and I was very satisfied with my annual visit. The staff and especially Dr.Rossi made me feel seen and listened and responded to any concerns I had.

She's always there for you. When you have a problem, she always talks it out with you. I don't think there is a better doctor than her.
