Dr. Krel is the only neurologist to have ever truly gone a different route with my migraines and worked to fix them. She is amazing, as is her staff!

I am very happy with Dr. Krel. She is a great provider. Very knowledgeable. Her staff is wonderful as well. It is difficult to get in touch with staff via phone and to obtain follow-up appts. for virtual visits, not at the fault of staff. It seems as though they need to be given more resources to manage.

Everything was great. I love Dr. Krel . She explains things very carefully. She doesn't rush you and she's very easy to understand. I'm very happy with her.

For some reason my prescriptions were sent to a pharmacy used by Hackensack for authorization from my insurance company. This was not explained to me that this would happen. I have never had this experience before from any other provider. It is four days after my appointment and I am still waiting for my mediation.

Uh, that was awesome. She even went over stuff that the other assistant went over just to double check and make sure everything was on point. She's amazing. Have no complaints. Very happy. She's my doctor.

Dr Krel is amazing. Smart, kind and so very helpful. Listens to my needs, and responds quickly and with great empathy. Always has new recommendations. Staff is exceptional as well. Dr Krel is the best physician I have.

Dr Krel is amazing! My migraine injections have changed my life, as my chronic migraines made it so hard to live a normal life. Her assistant is also wonderful, and each time I go she remembers what I was dealing with the last time. Just lovely!

Receptionists at the front office and scheduling and the same desk. They're awesome, very friendly, and helpful.
