Very professional and a comfortable environment where the patient is well informed and they show compassion. I always feel better leaving than when I arrived. Nice to have good listeners and prioritize your health issues.

I have only seen Ms Waldron 1 time, and I can say, she listened to every concerned that I had, it’s the line staff, when you have a soar, on your foot, and your having a problem getting a prescription for your dexcom 7, that has a dramatic change in your control of your dietbetic condition, and you only have 2 days left (supply’s), and the only appointment you can get is 30 days out, that’s a big concern, I received a, appointment for a ulcer on a toe(open soar), I was asked by the nurse Amber if I had any other issues, I asked for a prescription for my dexcom 7 supply’s, she stopped me and told me that, I was there for a sore on my toe and that I had a appointment for my supply’s and that my concerns about my supply’s would be taken care of at the appointment designated and not that day!!!! Ms Waldron was nothing but, compassionate and understanding of my concerns and helped me with getting what I needed, and not make excuses to go outside the box, like the staff (Amber)!
