We had a smile of a good day, especially after I left the doctor. My feet wanted to say thank you and dance out of the room. Everything was wonderful. All is well. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The young lady that always helped the assistant, she is very nice, very kind, very considerate, great hospitality, and just overall good customer service as far as taking care of her patients, of knowing what they need and asking and very gentle. Dr. Tracy Reed, I have been with her for a while and she knows all about my problems and listens to when I have something to say and offer a suggestion. That's all.

I felt very cared for, listened to. I enjoyed the visit. They tend to, as I mentioned, show care and interest in my being there and my well-being, so I was very pleased.

Dr. Reed is amazing. She's very professional, very knowledgeable, and I felt very safe and comfortable in her care. Her team was very courteous, and they checked me in as soon as I got there, and I did not have to wait long. They took good care of me during multiple visits while I had to deal with some of my issues. issues and I have definitely recommended them to others and overall just a great team and I'm just very happy with my experience.

Everyone was very professional. My services were done in a very professional and timely manner. I didn’t wait very long for the provider to come into the room and to speak with me and to treat me assist with them servicing my feet and I was out of the office in no time I appreciate the attentive services. The professionalism of the education with having diabetes and the importance of the fungus on my feet and how to properly treat the condition with it medication and cream

Dr Reed is always extraordinary in the care that she provides. She is professional, compassionate, respectful, inspiring, and all around patience-centered. The community is very fortunate to have her aboard as part of the BJC medical family.
