I was apprehensive about my exam and both the nurse who checked me in and the NP who conducted my exam (Hannah Reed) were compassionate and caring and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease.

I absolutely love Hannah and was a previous patient at a different facility. I was able to find her, now working for BJC and I am so happy to reconnect and have her as my provider!

Hannah Reed made me feel comfortable and like I was being heard about my problems and she explained things that I was worried about. She explained what they are and that they are completely normal which made me feel a lot better. And no other doctor has done that before they never explain to me what was going on.

Looking for a new provider when it comes to the OBGYN can be very nerve racking. I was thankful to have found Hannah Reed and the OBGYN associates. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was treated as if I were one of their family members. All questions I had were thoroughly answered and I understood everything going on in my apartment and steps to take after. I highly recommend this office and their providers.

I left a previous gynecologist and this was my first appointment with Hannah Reed. It was THE BEST experience. She took so much time with me. She listened to my concerns and she included me in options. I feel like we have a good plan for second and third options if the first one doesn’t work. And, the exam was painless and easy because she made it that way. I am a larger person and she went and got a larger gown for me so I would be comfortable. That is such a big thing for someone my size. She saw me as a person and made sure I was comfortable. She also didn’t shy away from discussing options for treatment that she wouldn’t recommend because of risks. She was professional and kind. I could not be happier with her and the entire team at the practice.

Hannah provided exceptional care and detailed answers to my questions. She was attentive and took her time with make, making sure I understood everything being explained. She was also quick to prepare a timeline of a treatment plan, which I appreciate greatly.
