My family and I have been with Loyola for years! Dr. Frenn needs to work on her bedside manner. It was not good at all. She was very cold. I was very disappointed. I will be seeing a different doctor for next years annual exam!

The provider was perfunctory, truly one of the worst bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. Shockingly terrible.
