It was the first time I met this PA. She did introduce herself. She did not ask if I had any concerns. I mentioned something I wanted to discuss and she gave recommendations and then commented about something else about my appearance which was rude. She kept asking her ma to check my labs and if i had something done instead of a proper discussion including me.
when she was done with the exam, she just left. no goodbye, thank you for coming in, nothing. It took a total of maybe 10 minutes max.
I noticed a sign in the waiting room pointed toward the patient seating area that said a thank you goes a long way or something like that. the sign should be turned toward the secretarial staff and health care staff.

Rebecca went out of her way to schedule me in right away and outside of her normal hours. She was kind and informative and talked me through the entire procedure. I thank her and her staff for the excellent care!!

I was very happy with my overall experience. Rebecca Pedretti and my nurse were kind, and understanding. My only area of concern was that they seemed very rushed, but I feel that is not their fault. I know they are booked and very busy. Maybe the clinic needs to hire additional doctors to allow for appointment times to be more realistic. But again, nothing that the care team could improve on.
