This was probably the best visit I’ve had here. The nurse was cheerful, the doctor took her time to listen and explain and didn’t make it seem like I was an inconvenience like I’ve had here before.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The c suite needs to QUIT firing management. How can you keep providing quality care understaffed! Get it together CEO! You just fired a manager in an infusion center that is understaffed in Carson City. Your C-Suite is making very POOR decisions and your staff is overworked. Very dissatisfied with the upper management, listen CEO!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That she was very thorough. Including the fact that once someone has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, then it can show up in just about anywhere else in the body. That could be part of the issue with my wrist. And wrist stretches and strength training would help. And about how smoking can affect bone health, etc. I know smoking isn't good but I didn't realize that part. She was just very helpful and informative. It was a good visit overall.

The attention to detail each one of your staff exuded (autum was my nurse and I APPLAUD her for this!!! Caring kind, quick to respond and didn’t make me feel just like another patient. I am a person. Thank you.

NP very condescending about parents concern for patient. Will no be coming back due to this experience. We’ll travel for care.
