Nurses, employees, doctors, etc have been consistently wonderful to speak with and make appointments, planning care, or other needs from a clinic. I’d recommend my primary doctor (Dr. [ ]) to anyone that asks, she knows what she’s talking about and conveys it in a very respectful way. Dr. Bogert, who was my NP for this appointment, was the same way- very knowledgeable and considerate of what I had to say- I would recommend her to anyone that asks as well.

Each time I come to UAB Leeds, it is such a pleasant experience. Everyone is always so kind, understanding, helpful, and timely. It takes away all of the anxiety and worries of going to the doctor.

Very efficient in checking in and getting me seen by nurse the Nurse Practitioner. Tried to pull records from 119 Brookwood ER but unsuccessful. Checked protocol for removing stitches from face. Concern about my fainting spells. Very impressed with my overall treatment in this UAB Facility!!!

Prefer seeing Dr Russell not NP. She was nice enough but doesn't know me like Dr Russell. I feel like he would have given me a B12 shot and some potassium before my labs came back to help me regain some strength, but the NP didn't offer and I felt like without lab results she was hesitant to prescribe anything. Still waiting on lab results and contact on portal

I emailed thru the portal to ask about a referral that was supposed to be done in June. The nurse told me i needed to come in. The NO said she did not know why I was told to come in. All she could do was put in the referral. My deductible is high so that visit will cost me out of pocket and was not necessary from what I was told.

The front staff is always lovely. Tonya with the online portal is just incredible. And Dr Rebecca was incredibly helpful and nice. The whole system is wonderful!!
