Dr. Shaffer is one of the finest doctors with whom I"ve ever had the pleasure to work. She's accomplished a considerate but possibly the most compassionate doctor I've eincounteted.she goes above and beyond on everything she toiuches.

Dr. R. Shaffer is a great doctor. I was very impressed of her professionalism, readiness to help, great organizational skills. I received her phone call on Sunday informing me about my tests results. Very promptly contacted my urologist and they together developed plan of treatment. Dr. R. Shaffer is a brilliant doctor.

Dr. Shaffer and her partner, [staff], both visited me in the hospital last month. They were very encouraging, very empathic, and very confident the treatment they prescribed would work. It has already made a big difference. I have full confidence in them and appreciate how they interact with me and my wife, who is present at every visit.

Dr. Shaffer is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. For my appointment, Dr. Shaffer answered all my questions and had great suggestions for my care. She spent the time needed for me to be comfortable with the answers to my question. Wonderful doctor.
