The wait was very long especially when not feeling well but thankful to be able to be seen on the weekend. The doctor and nurse were wonderful and very professional.

Reeves was very kind, thoughtful, and professional. She clearly diagnosed me after running tests and examining me. Today I feel a lot better and can finally sleep. Thank you Reavis for truly caring for your patients.

Reavis is amazing! We have seen her multiple visits in the last few months and we prefer to drive to portales from clovis for care when sick just to see her. She is caring, intelligent and gives the care all sick patients deserve. We wish she could be PCP for our family.

Reavis always treated me as if we’re the only patient she had. I never felt rushed and there was Plenty of time for questions. She was also open to my input and explained everything clearly.

The facility is very clean, receptionists are friendly & there was no lengthy waiting time. The nursing tech was kind & made me feel comfortable. Reavis Bell, CNP, was thourough, listened to me, & treated me with respect & kindness. I would be very comfortable placing my trust & treatment of my Illness in her capable hands again. Thank you!

Reavis didn’t just direct her questions to me the parent, but toward my child. She was genuinely interested in hearing her symptoms from her and directed conversation to my daughter as well! We were very impressed with her professionalism and in being so down to earth.

The training NP was very good, through and friendly. I don't remember her name but she was good.

In my situation she made us feel calm and let us know this was a process and we had to knock the his infection down and it took time. I feel she knew about this problem and never made us feel any less of a person. I would like to have the option to see her.

Compassion and awareness that meditation did not need to wait as this was an evening appointment, she started a medication in Clinic. Ms Bell was excellent

My visit was very nice. Provider Bell is a thoughtful and caring person. She listened to me with my concerns and reassured me that the test would be done and I would get a call in a couple of days.

The receptionist provided helpful assistance without appearing rushed. The medical assistant demonstrated respect and kindness towards myself and my children. The providers delivered exceptional care!

The entire visit was great. The front desk was fast and friendly. The MA was so kind and patient with my son and did an amazing job. The provider was attentive and gave great communication and treatment.

Reavis Bell and her P.A. are both conscientious, well-informed and caring. Next to my PCP, I feel most comfortable with them when I need to go in to the clinic and can't see my PCP.

Great service from Ms Bell, who showed compassion, patience, and empathy to listen and worked a treatment plan with me. And it worked. I felt relief in about 3 hours with the treatment.

I can’t say the same for the previous provider who saw me with a same condition. That treatment didn’t work.

I was at ENMU for training & got worse. My dr recommended urgent care. The RGH is amazing & made me feel better, understood my concerns & listened to me.
