The pain and discomfort in my finger was increasing. I can always count on Dr. Ragland to give me an injection that will restore my finger and remove the pain.

Dr Ragland is so nice kind and caring. He does a wonderful job treating the hand and surgery. Everything is good. The nurses and receptionists are also very good and kind. Everyone does a great job!!!

Okay for treating my right hand from pain but became more painful afterwards for a while more than four hours of numbness but other pained areas such as my left hand, my feet, lower back, neck back and shoulders and top of spine also responded to the Meds.

This was my first experience with Dr. Ragland. I feel like when you're seeing a new provider, it's important to see that provider a few times before you can establish a true sense of care and a true sense of what the relationship will be with that particular provider. So I need that to be said in response and in regard to the answers that I did provide. I'm excited to work with the doctor and I think that following his suggestions for care will then give me a better indication of his services. I feel confident, however, in meeting a doctor and that I will be under the best of care with Dr. Ragland. Thank you.

He is the best doctor I have ever seen! He remembers me even after not seeing him for months. He is very straight to point and I love that about him. He does not play around with health and make you feel like you waste time coming back to office time after time with no answers. I always legos office feeling like have great plan in place and being well taken care of!

It was my fault that my surgery did not occur. I accidentally ate a muffin. I didn't know that no food meant no food. I went with little food and that was not acceptable. I look forward and I felt comfortable with my experience with the office and I look forward to hearing from you and I hope that I can get back on your schedule as soon as possible. Thank you.

Office staff needs to identify who they are and their role. Medical assistant shouldn't discuss or assume a treatment plan prior to a physician doing an assessment and discussing a plan of care with the patient. Phone system for making appointments is not user friendly.

I was very impressed with the wait time. You know, that's important to me. I don't like to be stuck somewhere waiting forever just to see the doctor and then put back in a room to wait forever, you know, for the doctor to come in. So the wait time was very reasonable. It was well. And everybody there was very friendly and polite. I thank you very much.

I told Dr. Ragland that I appreciate him so much that anywhere I go in the world, if I have a problem with my hand or my wrist or my fingers, I will come back to him as long as he is still serving the community as an orthopedic surgeon.
