Dr Ropiak is a great shoulder surgeon. He did my left rotator cuff in 2022 and I got a great result. I've recommended him to several friends and he's the best !

Everyone from [REDACTED], pushing me in a wheelchair to the examining room, the PA, ladies in XRay, were kind and thorough. Dr Ropiak listened to my medical needs and was not only offering expert medical care but kindness to an 89 year old patient. Thank you [PHI]

Dr. Ropiak performed shoulder surgery for me approximately 10 years ago when he was with reconstructive orthopedics. I was happy to see he was with Virtua reconstructive orthopedics and scheduled my appointment specifically to see him as he is very personable and a fantastic physician.

Dr. Ropiak provided excellent care. He took his time with me. He went through my history. He went through things to look for. He gave me substantive ideas and procedures in order to avoid any kind of injury again. He's extremely knowledgeable and his staff was on point and very helpful and very courteous.

As of right now it's been a great experience. Doctors and nurses and everyone else are a 10 plus plus. Absolutely no problems.

Everyone treated myself and every other patient with the utmost kindness and respect.... The question whether my UNIQUENESS or anyone else being UNIQUE really isn't relevant. Actually it's insulting to your staff. I observed ALL of them being kind and respectful to everyone!

My main concern was whether or not I tore or partially tore something in my shoulder since I have been in so much pain. Instead of getting an mri, I was ordered to do 6 weeks, 18 visits to physical therapy. If something is torn that is not going to help, only exacerbate the problem. I own my own business and don't have time for that either. So in the end, all I found out was that it's not a rotator cuff injury. And now I just go about my life until something tears completely or the pain is so unbearable I have to go to emergency room. Definitely not the experience or outcome I was hoping for. I just want to find out what's wrong with my shoulder! An mri would answer that question immediately and could be treated accordingly instead of 6 more weeks of someone manipulating my shoulder while having absolutely no idea what is actually wrong.

Dr. Ropiak is a very kind, pleasant & professional doctor. He cared for me through 2 fractured shoulders (humerus) with one of them leading to surgery. Everything went perfectly. He did a great job. We are now taking care of the other shoulder which was not handled with surgery. He gives great shots, which, thankfully are still bringing great relief. I am planning to use him if and when I need a shoulder replacement. Thanks, Dr. Ropiak.

Hi, my complaint is that I tried to call four times to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ropiak and no one live ever came on the phone. Three of the four times I hit one for a call back and no one ever called me back. I ended up having to drive over to the office and walk in and ask to have an appointment scheduled, which is totally unprofessional and inconvenient to say the least. Thank you.

Overall it was a great experience. The wait time was unusually long, over an hour to be called back without an apology or acknowledgement. I was surprised since this never happens.

My biggest complaint is I got a phone call from Strive Physical Therapy, which I did not appreciate. I go to Ivy Rehab. I've gone there for several other issues through Reconstructive. I did not appreciate Strive calling me to schedule an appointment. Thank you.

I am always pleased going to Reconstructive in Medford. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help right away. I don't have to wait from registering in and registering out. And Dr. Ropiak has been my doctor for two or three years now. So he knows me and all of my issues, which is my shoulder, since then. So I rely on him and I trust him. Thank you.

The first two nights I did not sleep by the 4th night after I finally slept great. My shoulders today are feeling pretty good. I guess it took awhile for the meds to move around. It's 5 days since my injections.

I had to pay my co-pay, which I did. I was not asked if I wanted a receipt. I called and tried to get a receipt. I got shuffled from one person to another. I was on hold and I never got to talk to Billing or anyone about a receipt and I would like a receipt.

The doctor was very nice, but clearly did not have an interest in discussing my medical history which would have resulted in an accurate diagnosis rather than the quick (and incorrect) one that was made.

It was my first time meeting Dr. I felt very comfortable that he paid attention to my concerns. Pros cons on shoulder surgery. He came up w and discussed a treatment plan of pt and then re visit. I would prefer not to have surgery. Very pleasant and patient w my care plan
