I checked in about 30 minutes before my appt.I was timely checked in,my app was for 1:20,i waited in the back well past my appt time,finally the nursepractioner came in and talked/examined me.I have an extreme chronic pain back issue,sitting in very hard uncomfortable chairs caues exteme sciatic pain and my left leg stops functioning well,at 2:40,I opened door to get someone attn,nurse pract came and told me dr watts still with another patient,could not tell me how much longer would be nor could a better chair be provided for me to sit in,by this time my leg and back are shaking and I am literally dragging my left leg.i said i had to leave,no help was offered or any assistane for me to get outside to my waiting ride,I literally used my walking stick and waked dragging my left foot,it took me about 15 minutes to get to my husband,in all the years i have been coming to see [ ] at kirklin have i been treated so shabbily.by the way my appt was with dr watts and it was my understanding I was his second patient of the day,i understand dr watts is a very busy dr and i guess his first patient needed at least 2 hours of his time,the nurse practioner did order my meds for me but it would have been nice to get 5 minutes of dr watts time, [name]

Scheduled within a week of call. Every employee was extremely helpful and kind from check-in to check-out. Take-in nurse, Stephanie [] and Dr Watts all very pleasant and professional. Easy to communicate with and understand. Compassionately delivered our diagnosis. Thank you!
