Every staff person we encountered during our visit was courteous, professional, and clearly understood their job, even going above and beyond. We appreciate their efforts!

Everyone was friendly, efficient and friendly. I have been going to Dr. Rawdon for almost 30 years and have the utmost respect for him.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr. Rawdon was a little crass - a little too comfortable/informal than I’d like a professional to be. He also made jokes about why I had to be admitted to the hospital, and that wasn’t appreciated.

Wait times are horrible. I was waiting for 1.5 hrs for a simple tele visit on a prescription renewal.

My only request for improvement would be for the doctor to have been more on time. My apt was at 2pm and it was 240 pm before Dr Rowden arrived. However, once he was in the room I did not feel rushed and he addressed all of my questions.

I feel the whole team, Dr Rawdon and the 2 professionals who checked my vitals and handled paper work, are all extraordinary. They are all friendly and professional.

Virtual appointment was scheduled for 3:00, but did not happen until 4:30. This was too long of a wait time for an appointment that took less than five minutes.

Dr Rawdon was very friendly and personable! My husband saw him yesterday too. We had gone to our for years and loved him. We worried about meeting someone new. But we think Dr Rawdon will take care of us well
