Dr Rawdon always listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. He never makes me feel like I am bothering him or foolish, as some doctors have done to me before.

Dr Rowden has provided excellent care. When I have required emergency care or specialist recommendation, the office and Dr Rowden have have met my needs.

Dr Rawdon is an excellent doctor who puts my white coat syndrome to rest. He is so personable and kind and very respectful of me as a patient. He makes it much easier for me to go to the doctor.

Dr. Rawdon and his staff are wonderful. Everyone was kind and considerate and very professional. Dr. Rawdon really listens and explains everything in terms I can understand.

Dr. Rawdon is always attentive, compassionate, friendly, thorough, and supportive. I have 100% trust in his ability to meet all my health care needs and concerns. I am grateful that he is my primary care physician.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr. Rawdon was a little crass - a little too comfortable/informal than I’d like a professional to be. He also made jokes about why I had to be admitted to the hospital, and that wasn’t appreciated.

My only request for improvement would be for the doctor to have been more on time. My apt was at 2pm and it was 240 pm before Dr Rowden arrived. However, once he was in the room I did not feel rushed and he addressed all of my questions.
