The staff was very nice and they listened to me and listened to what I had to say. Now the doctor was in the office and in the room for about three minutes and completely dismissed anything I had to say and all the questions that I had to say he dismissed me basically with a you're fine which I thought was very, very unprofessional and I believe that he just wanted to rush me out of the room to get to his next patient.

I was disappointed with my provider's staff. During my visit I requested two refills to be processed and advised one was urgent, I had just taken the last dose of my blood pressure medicine. I was told the refills would be processed that day and they were not. I called the next day and explained my requested refills were not processed. The person on the phone took the info again and said she would give the info to my dr's staff to be processed. the refills were not processed. I had to go into the office on the third day to do blood work. I asked another person at the front desk if hey could help me and she took the info again and gave it directly to some one that said it would be processed right away. That morning the refills were processed. They need a better system to assure requests are processed.
