Rude and didn’t seem to care about treating me

This was my first visit with him and when he came in he had a smile and said hello right away. I felt very comfortable with him from the start. Ask a lot of questions and set up the tests. I like him.

Dr. Dervesh is very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, had prepared for the appointment by reviewing the echocardiogram and EKG. He explained what he thought and what course of action I should follow. I left the appointment understanding what I should do next and how he would follow my progress. He had me schedule an additional test and set up a followup appointment.

HIs accent makes it difficult for me to understand. But my hearing was affected by the open heart surgery in my left ear. Nobody seems to know why but audiology personnel don't deny it was affected.Therefore we both will have to work together to understand each other.
