Dr. Ratchford is a superstar and consummate pro. She makes the patient feel like a stakeholder in their own care and you feel like you have a good teammate. She is very thorough in her explanations. She strikes a good balance between use of evidence-based medicine and use of nuance. Her empathy is self-evident, and it is clear that she is truly concerned about the patient's wellbeing.

Dr. Ratchford is one of the best providers I have ever seen. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She knew my case before I walked through the door which is not usually something you get with busy doctors. She spent time one on one with me making sure she addressed each question and she explained complex topics in terms I understood. She was phenomenal.
