Dr. Ratchford is one of the best providers I have ever seen. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She knew my case before I walked through the door which is not usually something you get with busy doctors. She spent time one on one with me making sure she addressed each question and she explained complex topics in terms I understood. She was phenomenal.
