I really appreciate seeing Dr .Rasor, but at the appointment time. Having to sit in the waiting room plus close to another 45 minutes in the exam rm. after the nurse took my vital signs and reason for visit probably had my blood pressure up. Doctor had issues with his laptop not holding up as well (battery issues?). Will be scheduling further appointments in morning. I had arrived at about 3:35pm for a 3:40 appt. and didn't leave until about 5:10pm. Medical personnel treated me with respect, but the waiting was something else!

He sat down and answered all of my questions even though it took over a half of an hour additional time after my examine. His assistant who checked me in was just as patient and caring. Family doctors like him are priceless and very caring
