She just rushes through when is a new patient suppose to take her time and listen to any concerns parents have .

Everything seemed a little rushed. We should not have been called in 20 minutes late even though we were the first appointment of the day.

Difficulty refill simple prescriptions such as Albuterol and Hydrocortisone cream. I was told to go through a pulmonologist however my son does not have one has a child with asthma. I was also told to go through his allergist to fill the cream, however he has eczema and his allergist just left the practice. I felt what does my child has a pediatrician for if they are uncomfortable filling prescriptions that my child needs. Frustrating in a time where healthcare is already difficult to navigate, this doesn’t make it easier.
