I made an initial appointment with Dr. Ong over a year ago and am so glad I kept it because she was absolutely wonderful in not only listening to my concerns, but addressing all of them. I was so humbled by her gentle nature and ability to provide information in an unbiased way. She truly made me feel as if she had been my doctor for years and offered so many more solutions than all of my previous doctors combined ever have.

She's very thorough and appears to care quite a bit. Doesn't act antagonistically like some doctors. I've had quite a few bad doctors and this is one of the best I've had in years.

Dr. Ong has always been available to me whenever or whatever questions. I have had! She is kind, personable and very very knowledgeable in her field! I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone! Her office is very well run and respectful! I have never, in several years had a problem!!!

Dr. Ong is probably one of the nicest doctors. She's always listens when you talk to her. She's very caring. She doesn't judge you. Very hard to find a provider like that. She's a very, very good person and I really appreciate her care that she has shown me.

The entire experience was a "10". The office staff, the nurse, the Fellow and the doctor were all friendly and helpful. A truly enjoyable experience.

Dr. Ong is, my visit with Dr. Ong last week, it was my initial visit. I've worked with other, I've seen other endocrinologists in the past. By far, Dr. Ong was the best, compassionate, caring, just took the time to understand my situation, had recommendations, just a pleasure to be able to speak with, and I'm highly motivated to do what I've got to do in working with her care.
