They were prepared for me and my care provider answered all my questions and then some! I feel like I received great, personal care.

Raquel Keefe is a very qualified person! I have been a patient of hers for many years and over that period of time she has always worked out a favorable solution to whatever my situation was. I have always found her to be a very pleasant person to work with.

Dr. O’Keefe took the time to answer questions and discuss alternative treatments. She was very personable. I also enjoyed chatting with her assistant.

Nurse practitioner, Raquel Keefe, always does an excellent job. I never feel rushed. She always seems to genuinely listen, and I feel like we always have a plan when I am done.

This was a great visit, with all questions and concerns answered. Very thorough. I never felt rushed and was treated as an individual person with individual issues. I have a lot of confidence in this provider.

Nurse Keefe was very patient and thorough. Although I don't like the idea of another sleep study or trying a CPAP again, she has an understanding manner that encourages me to try. She also was concerned about my anemia and low iron that had not bothered anyone else enough to address it.

I have dealt with Raquel for years and she has always treated me well, listened to my concerns and managed my sleep aphnea well. She is very easy to work with. My wife accompanies me to these appointments and Raquel responds to her concerns also.
