Dr. Rao has always been kind. He has a very comfortable demeanor and makes me feel at ease. He stays on top of care and reviews the changes with my medications faithfully and takes me off things I no longer need and adds what I do need.

He was very professional in describing my condition, something that previos doctor never took the time to explain in a way that I understood. We found out that we had another connection, his father and my husband used to work together at Bell Laboratories back in the '80s.
