What else would you like to say about your experience?
I am very happy with Dr. Fay Rao and I would appreciate having her continuously as my cardiologist because she hears, she listens, and she cares. Thank you so much for choosing or allowing her to be part of the BJC staff.

I think everybody there was really wonderful, from the girl that checked us in, everybody seemed to care and they were very easy to talk to. So thank you very, very much.

I thought Dr. Faye Rao time to answer my questions and her answers was exceptional.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
When Dr Rao came into the room, she had the most beautiful smile ang greeting I was put to ease. This was my first visit with her and knew she had my best interest at heart, I was so happy to have been put into her care.

In my opinion this was the best exam I could have wished for

Dr. Rao personable, through, explained more than any other Dr. I have seen in this office. A real treat .

Faye Rao was friendly and explained everything without rushing. I would highly recommend.

The entire staff in the cardiology office was amazing. They made me feel like I mattered and was important.

Everything was great. Please do everything you can to keep Dr Rao. They are the best thing to happen in quite a while.

Dr. Roa was very personable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. Her nurse was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
