Hope to have him continue to supervise my care

I am so happy I saw him, and he is now in charge of my ortho care. I trust him since he was able to answer my questions and validate my pain. Best of all, he prescribed the Rx needed to resolve excruciating, life-changing pain I was experiencing, and it resolved within 3 days of seeing him!! I am so thankful he listened to me.

The Receptionist and X-ray tech were wonderful. The MA and PA need more guidance on how to be more empathetic. Slow it down! It’s about me, the patient, not their schedule

In a world where you get the sense that the medical field wants to deal with a patient just as fast as they can, it was AMAZING to feel like that wasn't the case at St. Al's. I never felt like anyone was in a hurry to finish up with me and get on with the next patient. Outstanding people.

Late in seeing me. I was a quick recheck so little time spent with me. 2 months past my surgery and have a lot of anxiety about my progress and questions I have they seem to shrug off with it will take time and notes don’t reflect what my concern was.
