Dr Rough’s echocardiogram young lady was very through and friendly. The most through echocardiogram I have ever had and I have had many. His scheduling nurse JoAnn was very through, explained in detail and friendly. She even left me her call back number if I had any questions.

Dr listened to concerns about medication and fluctuations in blood pressure. He addressed the issues very professionally. He helped me understand why this was happening and helped calm my concerns .

The drs we ok what the nurse said they call with a appt the next day for future visits but didn’t happen so I would tell patient on few weeks but they all were very nice and informed of th procedure was done well

He kept looking at my husband and not me. Talked with my husband about me as if I was NOT there. Stood and didn't set so he was standing over us. I had questions and I was the patient not my husband!! He was not helpful and I would never go to him again and tell people not to see him until he treats his patient s like human beings!!

The only complaint I had was that I wanted to address how long I might need to take certain medications after my surgery, but this was not addressed

Sometimes Dr Rough mumbles a little. Im getting hard of hearing so i dont always understand what he says but if i ask hin ymto repeat or explain, hes always very nice to do that.

I love the ease of it in and out back in traffic into work. I didn’t have to use much PTO. It would be nice if my annual exam could be a telehealth instead.
