My opinion of Kate was totally, totally impressive and outstanding. The rest of this staff that I've dealt with now for the last couple of years, I've had very, very good experiences. I have full confidence in them and I really, really wish them the very best, every single one of them. Kate being new to me, it was my first visit, I was thoroughly impressed with her and her empathy and understanding and taking the time to actually listen to me as a patient rather than looking at a computer like most doctors and physicians do anymore. I wish her the very best. I'm looking forward to seeing her again and I want to thank you very much. I'm a BJC fan and God bless you all.
