Ramsey is such a treasure. She is warm, kind, and incredibly intelligent. She has a wonderful bedside manner and listens very carefully to what I have to say. We have a relationship and not just a dr-patient experience. I trust her implicitly!

Ms. Valenti started the video visit about two minutes early. It's always comforting to know I'm not waiting because I'm not connected somehow. She is very easy to talk to. Very cheerful, she listens, lets me talk, and doesn't cut me off. She allows me to discuss options for my care. Obviously, I follow her advice.

She was very good. She had not yet received the radiologist's report from my CT scan, but she reviewed it herself to give me The good news I was hoping for. She also provided helpful information about exercise for my knees and about my previous provider.

Dr. Valenti is an excellent physician who is thorough and always willing to spend the time necessary to ensure that we are fully informed about my condition. We are extremely fortunate to have her as our doctor.All of our interventions have been extremely positive.
