She took my vitals & explained as she went along. She never washed her hands infront of me but that doesn't say didn't wash them outside my room.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramos for several years. He is responsive in person and on the Portal. As a healthy person, he provides the care I need.

Have not been seen by doctor or nurse practitioner since I moved to this medical facility. I’ve only had injections, which shouldn’t take an hour.
