I think she is a very competent physician but because she performs these procedures all the time she’s not as conscious of it being a big deal to the patient who doesn’t have this procedure all the time.

The doctor was very professional and yet friendly. She was polite and knowledgeable. It was obvious she cares about her patients (like me) as she checked several times if the area she was working on was still numb.
