It's nothing against the provider personally, but there was a lack of consideration for my time since the visit was not only late, it was no longer a video visit. And I don't even necessarily mind that, but if the phone call to verify that I even conducted an appointment was going to only be 4 minutes, it would have been nice for it to be on time. Especially considering my refill was denied by Dr. Gutierrez and the only way I was able to get additional refills was to do this appointment to begin with. And I still need clarification as to WHY a rescue inhaler prescription would be denied given my medical history.

He listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. You genuinely feel like you matter and your concerns are importance to him. He doesn’t mind answering questions and helping you understand what’s going on with your health.
