Everyone was very friendly. Dr Ramanathan is always very thorough. Is a very good listener, very compassionate. She truly cares about her patients.

I thought she was a wonderful doctor. She spent more than enough time with me and answered all of my questions. I felt very informed when I left the office while discussing osteoporosis treatments.

I am very pleased with everything that took place in my office visit.

Every time I see Dr. Ramanathan I feel that my questions and concerns are taken care of in a professional and caring manner. She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand and can follow through with the plan of care.

I was promptly given an appointment for the day following my call because someone had cancelled. Dr R spent a lot of time with me asking me questions and putting together a treatment plan. I feel confident we’re on the right track.

I LOVE Dr. Ramanathan. She is always practical and straightforward. She's well-read and up on the latest medical information, both in terms of validated scientific research as well as all the other stuff floating around that patients have access to, and she's able to speak to both. She's excellent at explaining things, and she's very friendly and approachable and patient when I have questions. Also, she knows that I do a lot of my own internet research, and while I don't blindly believe everything I read or see, I do have questions about a lot of it. Dr. Ramanathan is especially skilled at responding to these questions in a way that doesn't make me feel judged or mocked or diminished, as has happened with some of my other doctors. She's able to provide valid information that helps me understand and make the best informed decisions about my health, and I trust her implicitly. She is a great asset to BJC, and I feel blessed to have her on my healthcare team!
