Dr. Battish is well informed of my full medical history as well as my digestive issues. He presents images and information of past and future procedures. Very reassuring personality.

Hi. Yeah, I saw Dr. Battish and he spent a lot of time with me and he really talked all about my case and everything and told me what I was going to be getting and I felt very good about my visit there. It was very good.

I'd like to clarify that I didn't have an opportunity to speak to Dr. Battish in any planning of my care because I came in as an emergency room patient. So there was not, I didn't know him and of course the staff, all of the doctors, I didn't know them. I came in as an emergency patient. So that is why it's difficult to answer more favorably the first questions because it would be an NA. I just did not know him and he did not know me. I've had the opportunity to have a visit with him and talk through what happened to me and have a discussion of what

Dr. Battish and I discussed the pain I am having and the procedure I had in 2021. The Dr. listened to me and took time to look at the report I brought of MRIs, ultrasound and bloodwork. Dr. Battish really listened to my description of what I had been experiencing and the comparison to 2021. I am appreciative of the time Dr. Battish took to listen and accept my part of the discussion as relative to how I was feeling and the pain I was experiencing.

Dr. Battish was wonderful. His understanding0 of my case was excellent and it was obvious that he had studied it before our meeting. His bedside manner was charming and his responses to questions were thoughtful and well explained. He is a Solid "q0" in my opinion

The check in was cold. The front desk coordinator's monitor completed blocked any visual (face/face) communication. It felt rude and cold.

Complicated to get a follow up appointment after a biopsy. Waited over 30 days. To come to find out I. Red more tests. I felt that they could have been scheduled before my 30 day wait.

The hospital areas were very cold (temperature). The actual procedure room was very cluttered (a bit claustrophobic).The staff was very attentive.

Dr Battish is an amazing & awesome Dr. He explained everything & didn't mind me asking 100 questions. The MA(I am sorry but I cannot remember her name) was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was outstanding.

I cannot express how happy I am with the care and everything I've received. And I have zero complaints. I asked for honesty. I got it. And the results came back in a timely manner. Now I just have to go through and see how it all works out. So yes, I am pleasantly surprised and happy, even under the circumstances. What can I say? That's it. Thank you so much.
