Dr K always enters the room with a smiles and says how nice it is to see me. Then she listens to what you have to say..Asking questions along the way. She takes a few moments before she speaks and lets you know what she thinks is wrong.. Then she lets you know how she is going to treat the problem.Including you in what she is doing.. She goes over all your medications seeing if you need any refills.. Does check up of your lungs, chest, ears and heart.. Letting you know what to expect and when to expect to come back..

Dr. K is an amazing provider. I have been frustrated in the past because it seemed like I need to schedule out months in advance to see her. But, this time, when I needed an appointment the same day, she had availability. It makes sense now why matters that can wait take time, but when I really needed to see her I was able to. She is a warm, kind, patient and knowledgeable doctor and is the reason I stay with IHA.
