My experience with the medical assistant was not great. I thought that she was very impersonal, not real friendly, spoke very softly, and just didn't have a good bedside demeanor. The provider, on the other hand, was excellent. Thank you.

Dr.Russo knew my medical history gave honest feedback, listened to me and gave me a choice whether to take medication for cholesterol I was extremely pleased with this referral . He is my kind of Doctor.I will follow up

Still seem to be having a problem with receiving replies on "My Chart"upon sending message, but system shows I received replies. I don't see that on my end. Requested manager to look into.

The woman at the front desk did not greet me. I stepped to the counter and she said "last name". It was very impersonal. She wasn't rude, just not welcoming or pleasant. The woman at check out was very nice. Dr Russo was very good as always, however I would have liked a little more time spent with me during my appointment.

Ralph and his staff were extremely helpful. He was very caring. He scheduled me for an echocardiogram in the future in a month and a stress test. He was concerned about me never going to a cardiologist with me having a heart murmur. Very happy I made my choice to get a Ralph. He's awesome and I would absolutely recommend him to someone and I was recommended to him by someone. So everybody was great. Thank you.

Medical assistant was very short and curt. Not pleasant, flat affect, . Hopefully it was just that she was having a very bad morning but still, it should not have come across to the patient. First time this ever happened to me at this office. Otherwise Dr Russo and other staff have been wonderful.
