My husband and I have been patients for a very long time. I go in with a few questions specially since I had a stent placement and feel that the visits are a bit rushed.

Yes, at the front office, a young man named Chris, very, very nice. Excellent attention from him. Outrageously nice person. And also the doctor is very good and courteous. Thank you so much.

I went to see Dr. Sani. He's my cardiologist. And Dr. Sani, he's a very good cardiologist. He listens to your concern. He takes care of you. God bless Dr. Rakesh Sani.

First of all, they pick up the phone and they throw you on hold right away and they leave you there sometimes for like 25 minutes. They don't come back to you. Sometimes they are not very personable. I think they have to answer their calls more promptly because this is a heart center and I think the doctor should be aware of how they put people on hold and don't get back to them right away.
