Not only was I met by pleasant and knowledgeable individuals at the entrance to the facility but I also interacted with helpful staff members prior to being called in to see the nurse and doctor.

My husband & I have very complicated health problems, Dr Bais is genuinely kind & caring about both of our difficult issues. As an example my husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 severe kidney failure & facing a 7.6 hr serious surgery at 83 yrs old. Dr Bais saw that I was totally panicking & overwhelmed. She immediately requested an associate of hers who is a dedicated professional counselor, who within days called & we had zoom sessions for 7 weeks, she was able to help me cope with what my husband & I were facing.

All personnel was easy to talk to, and pleased to take care of your needs. My doctor, Dr. Bais, was attentive and reassuring during the appointment. Knowledge about my health was assuring , and comforting about my medical conditions. Instruction about my health was thorough and easy to understand.

I'm glad I got my old Dr back. I had to leave for transport issues. She knows my history and concerns and takes me seriously and with understanding not judgement. I am open and honest with her and look for results and trying to stay as healthy as possible with my past cancer battles and current anxiety issues.

I have been with this doctor for many, many years, and will continue to do so. Reinsurance on my issues, and answers on others. Front staff and assistant to the doctor, all friendly and competent. Also the staff at the testing site, (I had blood tests done) were very friendly also and informative.

Dr.Bais is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and a pleasure to have as my PCP. She spends a great deal of time with me and is sincerely interested in my health and well being. The office staff, nurses, and technicians are great, too.

Hi, I love my doctor, but unfortunately, she's never available when I really need her. When I need an appointment, no one can see me. Either she can't see me or associate can't see me. I reschedule an appointment, it gets canceled. You know, when I'm sick, I want to be seen by my own doctor, and instead I wound up in the ER, and one thing led to the next. I'm not happy about it. I'm not happy with the struggles I had to get a follow-up appointment either, and the issues are still unresolved.

This was truly one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone I interacted with, at the doctor's office, in Dr. Bais's care, during my bloodwork (I was able to have done that same day, which was so convenient!), and even while scheduling my bone density test, was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. It was so convenient to have everything done in one place, and every single person I met went out of their way to be kind and caring. I honestly have never been in a medical office where I felt this level of warmth, compassion, and attentiveness. It made such a difference, and I'm truly grateful to have found HM Health & Wellness Center!

Everybody felt very friendly and very competent. The only concern I have is that she appears to be very popular and very busy. And so it's not as easy as would be desirable to get an appointment. And I had an appointment and at the last minute it was canceled and rescheduled. And initially, they wanted me to wait for a few weeks and I couldn't do that because we're going to be away. So that was a little disappointing. But I think that she's very good. And everybody there was very nice and very competent. Okay, thanks.

Dr. Rajney Bais is the reason I continue to use Hackensack. She has been my physician for many years, and is the paradigm of what a doctor should be. Hackensack would do well to ensure that all their doctors embodied Dr. Bais' qualities: medical knowledge and expertise, plus compassion. Kudos to Hackensack for having such an exception doctor as a member of their team.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Bais. She is an exceptional doctor. I drive 1 hr to see her for 20 years and follow her wherever she goes. Have family & friends going to her kow.
