Doctors office and the people were perfect. But virtual doctors appointment system is extremely bad. My wife had an 11 o'clock appointment on the same day and virtual confirmed it, but it was not showing up in the providers system. So she was not treated, which is extremely bad. Even though Virtua confirm things by text email, I don't know how it does not show up in the provider system. It needs to be improved.

Excellent interaction with Dr Jain. I was debating on what Dr would be performing my Knee replacement that he put to rest. He took the time to get all my questions answered and make me very comfortable in his abilities and his historical successes. I look forward to a great outcome!

Doctor Jain is one of the most honest and genuine doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing in the orthopedic field. He took the time to listen and speak with me without feeling rushed. Hopefully we will be able to resolve my issues together.

He was one of the most attentive, understanding, knowledgeable physician that I've ever seen. He was just so helpful in description and just telling you what to expect and what would happen and going into detail about everything pertaining to your issues. And he's just one of the best doctors I've ever been to.

Dr.Jain is a fabulous doctor. I have many friends and family that we have referred to him and his office. They were also very satisfied with the care they received before and after any surgical procedure.

While it was difficult to schedule an appointment, as a new patient, it was definitely worth the wait. All personnel were great and the physician was exceptional with the time and information he provided.

My appointment wasn't until May. I really appreciated they called and remembered me and gave me a last minute appointment. And the doctor couldn't have spent more time explaining and taking time for me to understand. I thought he was awesome. Thank you.

Dr.Jain has already operated on me back in 2014 and replaced my left knee. He was an excellent caring doctor and very professional then and is exactly the same today as he was back then. I trust him completely and have every confidence he will do the same terrific job he did for me in 2014. I highly recommend Dr. Jain to anyone that needs to have reconstructive surgery done. He was recommended to me by a friend of my wife, and I would like to pass my recommendation of him and his staff to anyone who is reading this.
