I really appreciate the thoughtful and compassionate way Dr. Greenstein listened to what I'm experiencing and explained to me what an appropriate course of diagnosis and treatment would be. I realize many or most of Dr. Greenstein's patients are experiencing far more serious problems than I am, and therefore, I particularly appreciate the time she spent with me.

This is the first time I met with Dr Greenstein. She impressed me with her knowledge and expertise; asking various questions, assuring me that there are options, explaining in simpler terms for my understanding. She gave me time to ask any questions that I might have.

I believe that when a patient takes the time to sit down and express their concerns and fears about a heart condition especially in the presence of a cardiologist they should be given the space and time to speak freely. It’s essential for the patient to feel heard and supported in order to build trust and feel comfortable with their care

Even though at this time my heart is still racing and no one has contacted me yet to do any of the tests or procedures she ordered, I was very impressed with her professional approach to my problem. She seemed to listen to my concerns and plan to do something about them. At this time I have full confidence in her as my cardiologist, and anticipate hearing from someone soon and some follow-up action on her orders.

This provider shoulr treat their patients better . When a patoent has concerns or questions its there job to listen and explain. How I felt when I left the office was very let down and felt like I was a bother. From the time she walked in the room saying why are you here to her attitude when I asked questions. Very unprofessional
