Dr. Rachwalski asks pertinent questions relating to your visit, takes the time to listen, and answers all questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Rachwalski completely explains everything relating to your medical condition and all options available for treatment using terms that are easy to understand. I have total confidence in knowing I am receiving the best care from Dr. Rachwalski.

See last comment. He’s the best! I have been to many orthopedic doctors over my lifetime(I’m 79!). I have been an orthropedic patient at Northwestern, U of Chicago, Rush and U of Il in Chicago. Dr. Rock is as capable, professional, and knowledgeable as any and all of my previous doctors. He spends time with me and answers all my questions.

Dr. Rachwalski is very good at what he does and once he saw my X-rays he explained to me what he thought was best for me and not just trying to get me to try different treatments.

Dr Rachwalski exhibited sincere empathy while discussing, in a general sense, his average patient. It caught me off guard, but I appreciated it and it was wonderful to hear. So far as his time with me, he listened to my concerns, discussed my options, and walked me through everything to make sure I understood. While we talked, he allowed his personality to shine through and let me get to know him a little. No lengthy waits, either. He was great.

He entered the room with a pleasant smile and handshake. He attentively listened to my health concerns. He educated me on what was the possible cause of my joint pains. I love how he showed me my x-ray to show what the area looked like that is the problem. I felt really relieved as he suggested possible medications that could eliminate the pain. I would highly recommend his expertise to family or friend.
