He is the first Dr who I feel knows how to deal with my situation compared to the other 3 he is more going with what Mayo Clinic had to say.

Dr Rachwalski exhibited sincere empathy while discussing, in a general sense, his average patient. It caught me off guard, but I appreciated it and it was wonderful to hear. So far as his time with me, he listened to my concerns, discussed my options, and walked me through everything to make sure I understood. While we talked, he allowed his personality to shine through and let me get to know him a little. No lengthy waits, either. He was great.

He entered the room with a pleasant smile and handshake. He attentively listened to my health concerns. He educated me on what was the possible cause of my joint pains. I love how he showed me my x-ray to show what the area looked like that is the problem. I felt really relieved as he suggested possible medications that could eliminate the pain. I would highly recommend his expertise to family or friend.

The one thing that impressed me most was the coordination between the nurse, and x-ray technician to have the x-rays of both my shoulders ready for the doctor to review prior to consulting with me. It seemed to me that the entire process took less than 30 minutes. I have no complaints with that level if efficiency!

Dr. Rachwalski and his team are spot on. There on time, explain everything to you. Dr. Rachwalski is easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I would like to repeat that there "ON TIME". All the staff are professional and courteous and friendly. I've never had a bad experience there. I give them an A+
