Dr. Unnithan was wonderful. She was kind and compassionate and listened to everything I had to say about my past history and current endocrine and osteopenia issues. She was very knowledgeable and explained things to me so I could easily understand them.

Dr Rachna Unnithan is detail oriented, intelligent, well spoken, caring and knowlegable doctor. She is arguably the first doctor that I have experienced at SSM health who took a complete deep dive into past recordsl, asked robust questions & really listened to understand. This allowed her to make the best suggestions for me based off a complete history, coupled with her understanding. She also asked many questions relating to overall well being, which is vital in a healthy person and relayed that she cared about me and my future plans.

Dr Unnithan has the unique ability to make a patient feel valued. She did not make me feel rushed or that I was a “number” in the system. She is an extremely thoughtful and thorough physician.

Dr. Unnithan is the best physician I have ever seen as a patient. She takes the time to explain things, and ensure you understand. She gives treatment options, explains which ones may work and which ones may not. After being tossed around from doctor to doctor, I left her feeling relieved and hopeful.
