Raechel was excellent. Very Caring and Compassionate. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She was attentive to all of my concerns. I will always request my Apts to be with her from now on.

Although the Provider was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, I didn't feel like she allowed me to speak or voice my specific concerns. I was constantly Interrupted and not able to speak a full sentence at times. I voiced a concern and it was ignored. I felt like I was being rushed.
