Rachel is ALWAYS very thorough and kind and gives us all the time we need. She genuinely listens when we talk and truly cares about her patients. We are very lucky to have her as a provider and you are very lucky to have her as an employee! She’s the BEST!!!

She was pleasant enough and I suspect knowledgeable enough. The time spent and half dozen questions that made up our few minute interaction did not seem thorough enough to provide clear understanding of physical health.

Me, my husband and my son all switched to Rachel when Dr. Laureijs retired. All three of us were leery because it's hard to change doctors! But all three of us agree that we like Rachel a lot. She had big shoes to fill after Dr. Laureijs, but she's doing a wonderful job.

Rachel was late getting into the office with me, but it was because she was with the patient before me, and she granted me the same amount of time as was needed. I was worried about seeing another provider after seeing Dr. Laureijs for over 25 years, but I (and my family) were are happy with Rachel.
