Very knowledgeable, professional & recognized I needed an ear procedure done NOW and immediately set the wheels in motion & it was taken care of immediately… no making me come back another day … she put my well-being ahead of any other thing she had going on that morning!! SSM should be very proud to have Rachel Rainey working for them … I know I’m proud to have her helping to keep me well!

WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS OF THINGS I NEEDED TO BE AWARE OF & HEED AS I WAS REFERRED TO ONCOLOGY AND WOULD PROBABLY NOT GET AN APPT. FOR ATLEAST 2 OR SO WEEKS. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT... I GREATLY APPRECIATED HER COMMENTS FOR MY SITUATION THAT I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF...SHE WAS FRIENDLY & PLAYED ALONG WITH MY HUMOR! I AM HOPEFUL THAT SHE IS THE NP THAT I SEE EVERYTIME I COME THERE!
