Rachel was fantastic. I was pretty embarrassed to even come in to be checked, but her overall attitude eliminated any concerns almost immediately. Her friendly and professional demeanor from the start made me feel very comfortable. She clearly knew her subject well, and she was training a student at the same time ā she managed teaching and treating me seamlessly, without it ever feeling disruptive. Rachel is part of Dr. Oetting's staff, and I left feeling confident this issue will get sorted out.
